Joel
My name is Joel Martinez, I'm a photographer and videographer based in Franklin, New Jersey.
Born in The Bronx, I grew up in Monroe, NY. I spent my early years traversing through the streets of NYC. I now live in New Jersey. I visit the city often. I am also a proud dad and husband; my son and I share the same birthday!
I studied Communication at the University at Buffalo - SUNY, where I discovered my love for photography. I am also a member of NYC Prime Shot.
My goal is to show the beauty, grace, strength, and enthusiasm of people. I focus on non-models and place regular people in situations that highlight an aspect of who they are. I strive for a sense of integrity and fortitude in my work.
As your photographer, you will discover an individual who is willing to go that extra mile, spending the time necessary to give you the service that you deserve.
When I’m not taking pictures of people and events, I love to travel the world, play video games, watch movies and anime, play basketball, and take pictures of my dog Mikey!
Crystal
My name is Crystal Rivera-Martinez, and I am a photographer as well; l assist in being a second photographer at wedding and events to make sure we cover all angles at your event.
I am born and raised in New Jersey, I became interested in photography since I was a child; when my parents bought me my first Nikon camera.
My husband Joel, also increased my interest when we started dating.
Currently I am studying Early Childhood Education at
Montclair State University. My goal is to become a teacher in the future. I really love to work with kids, especially during birthday parties and general photoshoots.
When I am not taking pictures I love to use my cricut for arts and crafts, drink coffee, watch movies, and cuddle with my dog Mikey.
Victor
Victor Rivera is an invaluable member of the Joel's Vivid Snaps team, bringing his enthusiasm and skill to every project. An avid fan of baseball and basketball, Victor's teamwork and dedication are evident both on the field and behind the camera. He assists in providing top-notch photography and videography services at various events, including weddings and corporate functions, ensuring every moment is captured beautifully.
Currently studying at County College of Morris (CCM), Victor plans to transfer to a four-year school to continue his education and further hone his craft. His passion for learning and commitment to excellence make him a crucial part of our team.
Mikey
My name is Mikey Rivera! Although I won't show up to your photoshoot or event, I provide the team with essential cuddles and love!
I was born in New Jersey, and I am a Maltese and a Shih Tzu. I have a lot of brothers and sisters.
I helped start this company by providing my modeling services for my humans, they love to take pictures of me!
When I am not working for Joel's Vivid Snaps, I usually go for walks, play, and beg for treats!
